Sup Cendawan Kering
Ingredients :
2 packets of 11 gm Adabi
Anchovies Seasoning powder
50 gm Chinese mushroom (soaked and sliced vertically)
50 gm garlic (finely sliced) 2 litters of water
1cm of ginger
4 tablespoons of oyster sauce
4 teaspoons of corn flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
Add pepper to taste
Cooking Method :
1. Heat the cooking oil
2. Fry garlic till it becomes golden brown and add
water
3. Cook till it boils and add Adabi
Anchovies Seasoning, pepper, ginger and mushrooms
and let it boil for about 1 hour
4. Add corn flour and stir till it blends together
and add oyster sauce
5. Add the egg and stir well
6. Ready to be served |
