Masak Pedas Udang

Ingredients :
1 packet of 30 gm Masak Lemak Daging Adabi
600 gm regular sized prawns (beheaded)
5 stalks of lemon grass (finely sliced)
3 inches of dried ginger (finely sliced)
3 inches of ginger (finely sliced)
3 pieces of tamarind flakes
15 red onions (sliced)
8 tablespoons of cooking oil
5 bean curds (deep fried)
1 packet of 30gm glass noodles (soaked)
8 cups of coconut milk (1 coconut)
Salt to taste

Cooking Method :
1. Heat the oil
2. Fry the Masak Lemak Daging Adabi with 2 cups of water till it dries up
3. Add coconut milk, lemon grass, dried ginger, tamarind flakes, ginger, glass noodles, bean curd, red onions, prawns and bird chillies
4. Cook till it gets thick and dries up
5. Ready to be served
