Daging Masak Cuka
Ingredients :
1 packet of 26 gm Adabi Beef
Curry Powder
600 gm of beef (sliced)
3 carrots
3 tablespoons vinegar
8 cups of coconut milk (1/2 a coconut)
3 red chillies (grinded)
2 stalks of lemon grass (pounded)
6 tablespoons of cooking oil
6 red onions (sliced)
2 cloves of garlic (sliced)
5 tablespoons of tamarind water Salt to taste
Cooking Method :
1. Heat the oil
2. Fry the onions, garlic and lemon grass
3. Add Adabi Beef Curry Powder
with 2 cups of water
4. Cook till the oil comes up
5. Add chillies, tamarind water and vinegar
6. Add coconut milk and salt and let it boil
7. Add beef and let it cook
8. Add carrot
9. Prepare garnishing and ready to be served |
