Lepat Aneka Rasa

Ingredients :
1 packet of 250 gm Adabi Cake Flour Mix
6 bananas (squashed)
½ shredded coconut (white filling)
2 cups of sago (cleaned)
3 cups of shredded tapioca
5 pandan leaves (cut into half)
Banana leaves (for 10 banana cakes, tossed slightly on fire)
1 cup of sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup of coconut milk (½ coconut)

Cooking Method :
1. Mix the Adabi Cake Flour Mix with banana, coconut, sago, tapioca, salt, sugar and coconut milk till it blends
2. Put a layer of pandan leaves on top of the banana leaves
3. Put 5 tablespoons of the mixture on top of that and pack it firmly
4. Steam till it cooks
5. Ready to be served
