Kurma Udang

Ingredients :
1 packet of 26 gm Adabi Kurma Mix
600 gm regular sized fresh prawns (beheaded and cleaned)
5 red chillies (finely grinded)
8 bird chillies (finely grinded)
5 cups of coconut milk (½ coconut)
½ inch young turmeric (pounded)
½ inch dried ginger (pounded)
2 stalks of lemon grass (pounded)
6 tablespoons of cooking oil
6 red onions (pounded)
2 cloves of garlic (pounded)
2 big onions (roundly cut)
Salt to taste

Cooking Method :
1. Heat the oil
2. Fry the red onion, garlic, lemon grass, dried ginger, ginger, young turmeric, bird chillies and red chillies together
3. Add the Adabi Kurma Mix with 2 cups of water and cook till it dries up
4. Add coconut milk and prawns and cook till it becomes thick
5. Add big onions
6. Ready to be served
