Kerabu Lebaran
Ingredients :
2 packets of 30 gm Adabi
Fried Vegetable paste
300 gm beans sprout (rinsed in hot water)
300 gm pucuk paku
(rinsed in hot water and sliced)
300 gm daun pegaga
(cleaned and finely sliced)
¼ shredded coconut (finely pounded)
5 tablespoons lime juice
15 bird chillies (finely pounded)
30 gm dried prawns (finely pounded)
2 big onions (finely sliced) Salt to taste
Cooking Method :
1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Ready to be served |
