Kailan Bersama Cendawan & Lobak

Ingredients :
1 packet of 11 gm Adabi Anchovies Seasoning powder
3 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 inch of ginger
200 gm kailan (leaves separated and stem cut into 5 cm)
1 carrot (sliced)
100 gm whole mushrooms
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
200 gm fresh prawns
1 teaspoon of corn flour (mixed with 2 tablespoons of water)
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
100 ml water
Add pepper to taste

Cooking Method :
1. Heat the cooking and sesame oil
2. Add garlic, red onions and ginger
3. Add prawns, carrots and mushrooms and cook for a while
4. Add soy sauce, Adabi Anchovies Seasoning powder and pepper and stir them together
5. Add the kailan stem, 100ml of water, corn flour and stir a little while waiting for it to boil
6. Ready to be served
