Ikan Kukus Masam Manis

Ingredients :
2 packets of 40 gm Adabi Hailam Fried Rice paste
600 gm flesh of red fish (finely minced)
2 turmeric leaves (shredded finely)
½ inch of young turmeric (finely pounded) 2 stalks of lemon grass (finely shredded)
½ inch ginger (pounded)
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
2 lime (extracted)
½ cup of coconut milk (¼ coconut)
Banana leaves for packaging

Cooking Method :
1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Pack it in the banana leaves (approximately 20 packets)
3. Steam till it cooks
