Ikan Jeruk
Ingredients :
2 packets of 30 gm Adabi
Fried Rice paste
1 regular sized pomfret fish / ikan bawal (deep
fried)
15 tablespoons of cooking oil
2 inches of ginger (cut vertically fine)
1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
5 tablespoons of vinegar
1 carrot (cut vertically long)
6 red chillies (cut into half)
6 green chillies (cut into half)
15 cloves of garlic (cut into half)
15 red onions (cut into half)
1 cup of water Salt and sugar to taste
Cooking Method :
1. Heat the oil
2. Add Adabi Fried Rice
paste, garlic and red onions together
3. Add water, carrot and let it boil
4. Add ginger, poppy seeds, red chillies, green
chillies, sugar, salt and vinegar
5. Let it boil and becomes thick
6. Add fish and stir till it complete blends together
7. Ready to be served |
