Dalca Telur

Ingredients :
1 packet of 26 gm Adabi Prawn/Crab Curry powder
2 carrots (cut vertically long)
6 boiled eggs
200 gm dhal (boiled)
3 tomatoes (cut into 4 pieces)
6 cups of coconut milk (½ coconut)
3 green chillies
3 red chillies
3 pieces of tamarind flakes
6 red onions (pounded)
2 cloves of garlic (pounded)
5 table spoons of cooking oil 1 inch ginger (pounded)

Cooking Method :
1. Heat the oil
2. Fry red onions, garlic and ginger till it becomes golden brown
3. Add Adabi Prawn/Crab Curry powder with 2 cups of water
4. Add coconut milk and cook till it boils
5. Add tamarind flakes, carrot, dhal, eggs, tomatoes, green and red chillies and salt
6. Cook till boil
7. Ready to be served
