Bihun Goreng Taucu

Ingredients :
2 packets of 30 gm Adabi Fried Noodle paste
600 gm vermicelli (soaked till it’s soft and rinsed)
100 gm taucu
50 gm dried prawns (pounded)
200 gm fresh prawns (skinned)
8 red onions (finely sliced)
3 cloves of garlic (finely sliced)
300 gm beans sprout (cleaned and rinsed)
A handful of kuchai leaves
7 red chillies (finely pounded)
1 cup of tamarind water
20 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste

Cooking Method :
1. Heat the oil
2. Add Adabi Fried Noodle paste, taucu, dried prawns, fresh prawns, red onions, garlic and red chillies together
3. Add tamarind water, sugar, salt, vermicelli and fry it crisply
4. Add beans sprout and kuchai leaves
