Asam Pedas Ala Tom Yam

Ingredients :
2 packets of 40 gm Adabi Tom Yam paste
600 gm parang fish
8 cups of water
15 stalks of kesum leaves
5 cloves of bunga kantan (finely sliced)
3 stalks of lemon grass (pounded)
6 pieces of bamboo star fruit
12 bird chilli (pounded)
2 stalks of curry leaves
6 red onions (finely sliced/pounded)
2 cloves of garlic (pounded)
4 big onions (sliced)

Cooking Method :
1. Heat the oil
2. Fry the Adabi Tom Yam paste, red onions, garlic and curry leaves
3. Add water and wait till it boils
4. Add fish, daun kesum, bunga kantan, lemon grass leaves, bird chilli, big onions, salt and sugar to taste and cook till boil
5. Ready to be served
